All of our products use certified organic  plants from New York. In addition, our chews use a manufacturing process called “Cold-extrusion”. This process allows us to never expose the active ingredients in our products to extreme cooking temperatures which allows all of our ingredients to remain in the basic raw format allowing for optimal efficacy. Lastly, all of our products are made with pet’s special needs in mind and are all very soft which means that even if your pet doesn’t have teeth or has brittle teeth, they should have no problem ingesting any of our products.

Anecdotally, pets begin to feel the effects about 45-60 minutes after consumption, however, this will vary from pet to pet and you may see results within 20 minutes or it may take longer than 60 minutes.

We have a simple refund policy. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever, return it! We’ll happily accept packages within 365 days of the sale date and we’ll give you a complete refund. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.
